Denise le Menice Debuts With The Stunning Addiction

Denise le Menice Debuts With The Stunning Addiction

Drenched in an untouchable cool and driving dream pop sensibility, Denise le Menice, has released her debut single ‘Addiction’. It’s really, really god damn good.

The solo pop project of Ali Flintoff (BOAT SHOW, Dream Rimmy), Denise le Menice dials it back to flex the impressive versatility of Flintoff. Although being a bit less boundary pushing than Dream Rimmy and holding a subtly not present in BOAT SHOW, Addiction loses none of Flintoff’s bite and packs plenty of punch.

An intro laden in hook guitars, grabs its listener early before Flintoff’s vocals saddle-in and kick off soaring in self-harmony for the song’s first dive into its ever dreamy chorus. Stringing you along on a sound that sits comfortable yet never predictable, Addiction is 3:24 of shoegaze laced pop, driven on a marching beat that holds your hand from start to finish of the impressive debut number.

Drop everything and have a little daydream with Denise le Menice’s Addiction.
