WATCH: The Berkeley Hunts - Poison Place
The Berkeley Hunts have been bloody busy and today I’m stoked to show you what they’ve been up to. Laundry Echo is proud to present the premiere of their brand-new film clip for Poison Place and announce a whole stack of show dates as Melbourne’s favourite live band hit the road. Strap in.
Arguably the purest one take film clip shot in decades due to a 70mm film format and an inability to afford two takes, Poison Place, is a two-minute sprint through a suburban back lane; packed with bloopers, mates, streamers, ambition and a ridiculously good time.
A song of recognising you’ve begun to hate yourself, job and the all-round shitty situation you’ve found yourself living in; whilst also recognising the need for change. Poison Place is going to get stuck in your head right up until the national tour The Berkeley Hunts are about to embark on rolls into your city.
Without further ado you can catch The Berkeley Hunts:
10th March - Woody's Bar, Melbourne - https://goo.gl/u5FLN5
24th March - Record Crate, Sydney - https://goo.gl/hnKtbx
25th March - House Show, Canberra
31st March - Crown & Anchor, Adelaide - https://goo.gl/rB8qKx
1st April - Animal House, Adelaide
And be sure to buy a shirt when you do so they can afford that second roll of film.
